Grapes from Paso Robles were harvested then crushed and pressed immediately to get that crisp clean look and taste we have today.
2019 Harvest: The near perfect 2019 vintage is a classic for
California. A warm and wet spring led to vigorous growth on the vines. A typical California summer followed by the perfect fall produced another outstanding harvest. Our 2019 Rosé benefitted from the outstanding growing season leading to a wine with light color, freshness and depth.
TASTING NOTES: Sweet scents of watermelon, citrus and pale florals fill the air. On the palate, an array of
strawberry and grapefruit entwine to deliver a crisp, acidic finish.
FOOD PAIRING: Our Rosé goes well with a margherita pizza or grilled fish with wild rice and asparagus.
