The Rule
Sauvignon Blanc 2014

BNA

There are expectations of Napa Valley Cabernet. A specific set of “RULES” must be followed. The grapes must be picked at a certain sugar range, fermented at the exact temperature for a certain amount of time, and rest several months in the perfect combination of oak barrels. We follow all of the rules, except we break the one rule most wineries won’t… the price.

WINEMAKING: BNA was truly blessed to have such an amazing harvest of Sauvignon Blanc for our inaugural vintage. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc derives all of it’s grapes from the Napa Valley. The cool nights and warm days, during the 2014 vintage, offered ideal conditions for the vines. Our Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in stainless steal.

TASTING NOTES: This rich, full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc offers aromas of lemon zest, white peach and jasmine. The wine coats your palette with lemon cream pie and finishes with exotic fruit and soft minerality.

FOOD PAIRINGS: This lovely Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect companion for your lighter style spring and summer dishes.
